This is a great web site called Weather Underground and it has everything! This link shows the current weather and this weeks forecast in Kiev, Ukraine and there is a place on it where you can put in any past date (like the date you plan on being there but put a different year) and find out what the weather was like! Great for figuring out what to pack!
